How do I contact customer service?
How long will it take for me to get my order?
Our current processing time is 2-7 business days. After your order is processed it will be shipped via USPS or UPS. It typically takes around 2-5 days for your order to arrive once shipped.
How can I track my order?
You should be receiving a separate email with tracking information when your order is being processed. This will allow you to track your package through USPS/UPS.
Can I return/exchange my order?
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer refunds/returns/exchanges at this time. All purchases are final. If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can help resolve this issue.
My candle arrived broken, what should I do?
In the event that your package is damaged during shipment, please send an email to email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number in the email.
